The personnel department provides generalist support services to NPA managers and employees. The department also helps NPA members with personnel and employment matters through the provision of a telephone advisory service and a range of resource materials.
The NPA employs around 135 people. It is because of the dedication, professional knowledge and experience of these people that the NPA is able to effectively deliver the services upon which its members rely.
