The NPA held its second member event of 2010 in Milton Keynes on Tuesday 23 February. Coll Michaels, NPA Board Member (Home Counties North), discussed current matters affecting pharmacy business. The NPA then invited members to participate in a questions and answers session.
The issues raised included generic substitution, the supply chain, the increasing administrative burden and local service commissioning. NPA staff also provided advice on implementing Information Governance in line with the upcoming regulations.
