This course provides knowledge about some of the most important body systems and a greater understanding of how over the counter medicines work on these systems.
Who is this course suitable for?
Experienced medicine counter assistants who have completed the NPA Pharmacy Interact course or another accredited training course. This course allows the participant to bridge the gap of knowledge required to progress from working as a medicines counter assistant to working as a dispensary assistant.

Interact Plus consists of ten modules, which cover the major body systems and a module on working with customers and patients to develop the staff’s communication skills:
